Warranty Policy

  1. GWSECU offers a limited one (1) year warranty for all hardware products
  2. The limited warranty covers failures due to defects in material or workmanship on devices.
  3. Accessories are covered by one (1) month warranty. Packaging and personal data are not covered under the limited warranty.
  4. The limited warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.

 

Process and Expenses

  1. For faulty product within One (1) calendar month upon receipt
    The customer shall test all the Products thoroughly as soon as possible after the first receipt. For products found to be defective within One (1) calendar month upon receipt, GWSECU will replace the defective GWSECU-made Product with a new one at its own expense.
    GWSECU reserves the right to examine the product(s) upon customer receipt based on the above conditions. If the product(s) is (are) damaged caused by the customer’s improper use, the customer shall be liable to pay the charge that occurred or pay the price of the replacement(s) if the product(s) set forth above is (are) discarded.
  2. For warranty products after One (1) calendar month upon receipt and non-warranty productsGWSECU will bear the costs of reworking, sorting, repairing, and/or replacing nonconforming and defective Products covered by the warranty. The Customer will bear the reasonable costs of reworking, sorting, repairing, and/or replacing nonconforming and defective products not covered by the warranty. Such Products include those repaired after the expiry of the warranty period and those subjected to abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair, accident, or improper installation. The Customer will bear the costs of shipping all defective Products to GWSECU for repair. For Products covered by the warranty, GWSECU will bear the costs of returning the duly repaired Product to the Customer. For Products not covered by the warranty, the Customer will bear the reasonable costs of returning the duly repaired Product to the Customer.

 

Remarks

  1. GWSECU reserves the right to charge a “No Fault Found!” fee for products returned as defective where GWSECU could find no fault. The “No Fault Found” charge will be calculated as a freight charge (if incurred) plus 10% of the invoice price for the unit as handling charges. Before returning, the customer should check and confirm clearly with GWSECU’s technical team.
  2. GWSECU has the right to decide if it is better to send spare parts for warranty times accordingly.
